Free Shipping

We offer free economy shipping on every order, no minimum required.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to be produced before they ship. During busy seasons or promotions, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days. Right now, we ship within the United States only.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Multiple Items

Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product type and fulfillment location. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, KGM Market isn't responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help after that, reach out and we'll do what we can to help resolve it.
