Marketing preferences: Email and text-message subscription choices, consent records, unsubscribe requests, and interactions with our communications.

Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, general location inferred from an IP address, pages viewed, shopping-cart activity, and interactions with our website and digital downloads.

Customer Content and UGC Rewards

We use Tally to collect and manage customer submissions for our user-generated content (“UGC”) reward program.

When you submit the form, we use the information provided to verify your order, assess submission completion and eligibility, document your permissions, communicate with you, and administer any approved reward.

Submitting a reward claim does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing emails or text messages.

Public Use of Submitted Content

Where you grant permission, we may repost your submitted content on KGM Market’s organic social media channels. Published content may include your submitted image, video, words, and identifying information visible within that content. If we propose to credit your social handle, we will do so consistently with the permission you provide.

We do not publish your private email address, order number, shipping address, or reward-administration records as part of a testimonial.

Permission to contact you about paid advertising is not permission to use your content in paid advertising. Any such use requires a separate agreement.

Content published on social platforms may be viewed, shared, or copied by others. Those platforms also process information under their own policies.

You may contact support@kgmmarket.com about the use of your content or to make a privacy request. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law and any content-use agreement. We cannot guarantee removal of copies independently shared by third parties.

Reward Delivery Through Tremendous

We use Tremendous to issue and deliver approved digital rewards. We share the recipient information and reward details necessary for that purpose, which may include your name, email address, reward amount, and a reference identifier.

Tremendous may collect additional information directly from you when you access or redeem a reward. Its handling of that information is described in the Tremendous Privacy Policy.

Affiliate Program

If you select the optional Affiliate Program checkbox, we use your contact information and relevant submission details to consider your interest and communicate with you about the program.

Expressing interest does not guarantee acceptance and does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing emails or text messages.

If you become an affiliate, we may use tracking links, referral identifiers, and related technologies to attribute purchases and calculate commissions. We may share the information necessary to administer the relationship with affiliate-management and payment providers. Additional program terms and privacy information will be provided where appropriate.

We do not provide affiliates with customers’ payment credentials. Any reporting made available to affiliates will be limited to information needed to administer referrals and commissions.

Email Marketing and Klaviyo

We use Klaviyo to manage email communications and, where offered and separately opted into, text-message marketing.

Klaviyo may process contact details, subscription preferences, consent records, order information, website activity, and email interactions on our behalf. This helps us send relevant communications, manage customer segments, measure campaign performance, and honor unsubscribe requests.

Text-Message Marketing

If you separately opt in to text-message marketing, we collect and use your phone number, subscription preferences, consent records, message interactions, and relevant transaction or website activity to operate the program.

Messages may include product announcements, offers, and cart reminders. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
